At 5280 Fresh Clothing Brand, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout


Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us. We’ll help you process an exchange if the item is in stock.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
